The holidays on the village of Pedras d’el Rei.

I am a receptionist at the holiday village of Pedras d’el Rei. I work eight hours a day, and I attend many tourists and clients that spend their holidays in our little houses scattered on the lawns. At this moment arrives a family at the reception.

          - Good afternoon, how can I help you sir?

          - Hello! Good afternoon for you too!

- Please, can you tell me your reservation number? Or the number of the house you booked? Did you make your reservation online or was the reservation made with the owner of the house?

          - Oh! Yes! With the owner! Let me see… I forgot but I have the number of the house in my phone. Just a moment and I will let you know the number. The number is 147F.

          - A very nice house! Here, this is the key, the four passes for the train to the beach and the pass of the parking place for your car. The house has one bedroom with a double bed, a ventilator, a wall closet and bedclothes. The bathroom has a small laundry machine, a hair dryer and plenty of towels. The main room is composed of a kitchen, a kitchen sink, a gas-stove, a refrigerator, a dining-table, four chairs, a bunk bed, a single bed, two windows and a glass door leading to a veranda. The veranda has another dining-table, four chairs, ropes and an iron hanger for drying the wet clothes.

          - The village is big and we don’t know where the house is located... Can you help us?

          - Yes. The house is near the parking place and it’s spotted by a banana-tree near the veranda. It’s easy, you can’t miss it.

          - Oh! Thank you very much! And what else do we have to know about this lovely place?

          - The little train to the beach is famous. The beach, Barril beach, has the cleanest water, most immaculate in the Algarve because it’s very far from the villages, and it has the Ria Formosa between the villages and the beach. It’s a guarantee of purity of the sea water. The village of Pedras d’el Rei has beautiful gardens and you can see on them many wild birds and, at night, hedgehogs.

          - Oh! How thrilling!

          - Enjoy your holidays!
